SATHI-UP has developed and established itself as a Resource Organization. It is working to provide the consultancy support to grassroots level CSOs on organizational development-OD process, Capacity building, Research/Study, Project planning and Evaluation/ assessment.

A Resource group is established at organization level to facilitate the consultancy and capacity building need of CSOs. Members of Resource Group are the senior social activist and development professional having great skill and experience. Resource Group focus work and expertise are :
